About Our Organization

Learn about our mission, history, and commitment to wildlife conservation

Our Mission

Chittering Wild Life Carers Inc is a dedicated not-for-profit organization committed to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of native Australian wildlife. We operate in the Chittering region and surrounding areas, providing essential care for injured, orphaned, and distressed animals.

Our Story

Founded by passionate wildlife enthusiasts, our organization began as a small group of volunteers who recognized the urgent need for wildlife care services in the Chittering area. Over the years, we have grown into a respected wildlife care organization with a team of trained volunteers and partnerships with local veterinarians.

Our work is guided by the principle that every native animal deserves a chance at life in the wild. We believe in providing the highest standard of care while minimizing human contact to ensure successful rehabilitation and release.
